01. Are receipts enclosed in gifts?
No, the only enclosure is a complimentary Fine Things gift card we hand write your personal message on. Or available to you are specific gift occassion cards you can purchase for enclosure.
02. Is my email and addresses protected?
Yes, your privacy is important to us. Every measure will be taken to ensure it is only seen by our shipping team.
03. Does the name of the gift box go anywhere on the packaging?
No it doesn’t. Choose the gift of your choice for the ocassion you are looking for.
04. How long does it take to ship out a Ready Made gift box?
Once your order is placed allow 1-3 business days for shipping out by UPS. Once shipped by UPS by Ground, allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. Expedited shipment expense will be the customers financial responsibility.
05. For the Tailored Solutions option how much time is required?
Tailored Solution projects are carefully curated and assembled to your specifications. Therefore we need 4 to 6 weeks to complete your custom gift design prior to shipping. Around holidays we will need 6 to 8 weeks to ready for shipping. Contact us for a more accurate time estimate.
