Returns or Damages

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Due to the nature of the items included in our gift boxes, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged or in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item(s) so we can review the issue and make it right for you.

Free Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise specified, any offer of “Free Shipping” promoted on the Fine Things Gifts and Services website or across our social media accounts applies to shipping within the contiguous United States only.

Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Orders containing gift boxes priced over $100 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States. Gift boxes priced under $100 will be shown paid shipping options at checkout.
​
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the “Free Shipping” option will automatically appear at checkout for eligible delivery addresses.
